The 16oz. Cheater Tin has three main functions:

1. It works as an ice scoop. One level scoop gives you the perfect amount of ice to fill the 32oz. Precision Pour Shaker Tin to the top of its pin.

2. It caps off and tightly seals the top of the 32oz. Precision Pour Shaker Tin so cocktails can be vigorously shaken without leaks or waste. This is a much safer way to shake up drinks than using a glass to cap the end. Glasses can chip or even break into your ice and cut the bartender

3. It acts as a strainer. After shaking up ingredients in the 32oz. Precision Pour Shaker Tin simply crack strain by separating the shakers  just enough that the seal allows liquid to pour out or even easier, invert the 16oz.Cheater Tin and insert it into the 32oz. Precision Pour Shaker Tin resting it on the pin. The 16oz. Cheater Tin will act as a strainer trapping ice and fruit but letting liquid pour out.
